Peak Residence is a concept design for a new home in Harkaway, exploring the relationship between architecture, landscape and arrival. Considered building forms and generous proportions establish a strong architectural presence, supported by a restrained material palette. Living spaces are conceived around natural light, expansive outlooks and connections to outdoor entertaining and landscaped surrounds. The proposal balances openness with privacy, drawing on resort-style living to create a composed residential environment shaped by its landscape setting and contemporary family life.
