Cuthbert brings a considered architectural approach to suburban living in Reservoir. Recycled red brickwork, Colorbond Dune Matt cladding and integrated screening establish texture, rhythm and depth across the façades. Individual homes are planned around functional living arrangements, natural light and connections to private outdoor spaces. A cohesive material language allows subtle variations in form to distinguish each dwelling. Quiet luxury emerges through proportion, material restraint and carefully resolved detail, giving everyday spaces a sense of warmth and composure.
