Port Melbourne

Port Melbourne · Under Construction

Expected completion: 2027

Hygeia Residence is a renovation and addition to a heritage home in Port Melbourne, bringing its original character into dialogue with contemporary family living. Traditional proportions and detailing are paired with softened forms, open living spaces and a strong connection to the rear garden. Carefully composed transitions allow the historic fabric to remain legible as the home becomes more open and connected. Restrained materials, subtle curves and precise detailing bring continuity to the architecture and interiors, balancing heritage character with contemporary comfort.
